The noise caused by the thud of over 100 grams of hashish on the roof of a detention unit, probably a quantity thrown from outside, did not go unnoticed by the Penitentiary Police personnel on duty led by the commander of the Secondigliano Penitentiary Centre, Gianluca Colella.
