He had threatened to bring immediate eviction proceedings against them if they did not meet his sexual demands.
The victims are women in conditions of very serious socioeconomic hardship who were allegedly harassed and molested by a judicial officer serving at the court of Nocera Inferiore.
This is the picture that emerged from investigations by the Nocera Inferiore prosecutor's office, which led, this morning, to the execution of an order imposing a personal and real precautionary measure against the man.
The provision, issued by the investigating judge, was notified by the personnel of the operational section of the territorial department of the Carabinieri and the economic-financial police unit of the Guardia di Finanza of Salerno.
According to the prosecution's statement, largely shared by the investigating judge, a systematic pattern of "trade in public administration in relation to enforcement and notification procedures" was deemed documented, the prosecutor's office explained.

The prosecutor's office appealed the type of measure applied to the public official, which was less punitive than requested, and the failure to apply the precautionary measure to other individuals under investigation. The proceedings are pending not only against the public official, but also against businessmen, lawyers, and private individuals who—according to the investigative findings—were involved in the corruption schemes in question.
The prosecutor's office, returning to this point, recalls how the investigations have revealed a "serious picture of lawyers and private citizens' open and immediate willingness to formulate or accept corrupt proposals."
