A 14-year-old stabbed three teachers and a student at a school in Jerez de la Frontera, near Cadiz, Spain.
The minor, arrested inside the school by police, attacked the victims with a knife. One of the teachers, who suffered a "complex wound," will undergo surgery at the University Hospital of Jerez.
The two students, who suffered minor injuries, have been discharged from the hospital.
According to the spokesperson for the National Police of Jerez de la Frontera, Adrian Dominguez, the emergency call came in at 7:30 this morning. The officers arrived on the scene in less than four minutes and arrested the alleged perpetrator.
The minor, who is in his third year of school, was taken to a juvenile detention center.

The mayor of Jerez de la Frontera, María José García-Pelayo, visited the scene of the accident and said that the students had been evacuated to the schoolyard and were now with their families.
"It was devastating," the mayor said. "There are no words to describe what happened."
The Andalusian regional government's Health Ministry said psychological assistance would be provided to teachers and that the Jerez health center would remain on alert in case support was needed for students at the school.
The incident has caused great shock in Spain, where incidents of violence in schools are relatively rare.
