As part of the services provided by the Police Headquarters for public order and safety in the area of “Maradona” stadium, during the first three matches of the SSC Napoli football season, the officers of the San Paolo Police Station, the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza, during the filtering services for access to the stadium, fined 38 people for violating the regulations for the use of the sports facility because they were found in possession of narcotic substances and, for this reason, they were also administratively sanctioned.
Another 12, however, were fined for ticket irregularities, for the entry of unauthorized banners and for other irregular or dangerous behaviors carried out within the sectors; one of these was also fined for having used a laser pointer to disturb the players during the Napoli-Sassuolo match on September 2.

Furthermore, the operators reported two people for having climbed over the stadium dividers, two others for carrying objects capable of causing offence and another for lighting smoke bombs during sporting events; the procedure aimed at issuing a Daspo has been started against them.
Again, as part of the services to combat illegal street vendors, Local Police personnel seized 1070 drinks, 735 gadgets and various items, removed 319 cars for parking violations, contesting a total of 402 violations of the Highway Code; finally, 7 street vendors were identified, who were also notified of an order to leave and 17 illegal parking attendants were fined.
