The trade unions have shown "satisfaction" after the agreement and there is talk of an investment of between 50 and 70 million.
"The prospects are promising," declared Luigi D'Antonio of Fim Cisl, leaving the meeting at Mimit, chaired by Undersecretary Fausta Bergamotto.
"The industrial plan has been increased from the initial €28 million thanks to Invitalia's intervention," the union representative explained. "There's even talk of €60-70 million," added Rosario Rappa of Fiom Cgil, emphasizing that "this dispute has been concluded positively.
Now we simply need to ratify, through an agreement, the hiring and request the redundancy fund, also considering a decree law that must be approved by October 8th," Rappa explained.
Going forward, there will be "normal monitoring, with the addition of Invitalia, which will be part of the board of directors and will provide assurance and control," Rappa said.

Gianluca Ficco, national secretary of Uilm, is a bit more cautious: "We've been confirmed that the project is moving toward absorbing all the workers involved by October, but we've asked for an official union agreement that has legal force."
The union representative emphasized that "we've received too many promises for too long, so we hope this is the right time," reiterating "the need for official recognition to be completely satisfied."
Finally, regarding investments, the trade union representative stated that the outlook is "comforting, considering the increase planned together with Invitalia."
"The business plan," he concluded, "concerns an innovative sector that, at least in theory, can guarantee a long-term future. We know startups are full of challenges, but we're off in the right direction."
