Francesco Leone and Simona Fell, the founding partners of the law firm Leone Fell and Company, said in a statement that they have filed complaints of alleged irregularities in the Medicine tests with the Postal Police and that in the coming days they will file an appeal with the TAR. In their statement, they emphasized that their battle does not stop here.
The alleged irregularities concern the repetition of questions in the April and July sessions, an aspect foreseen by the announcement. This repetition led to the creation of a database containing hundreds of questions administered in the April tests and repeated in the July session, both by candidates and by some preparatory schools.
The lawyers stated that Cisia itself had expressed concern about the disclosure of the questions and had monitored the social channels. In addition, the administrators of some Telegram groups had announced the intervention of Cisia members to monitor the situation.
According to the lawyers, the main problem is not a hacker attack or a database breach, but rather the sharing and trading of questions.
The law firm has already requested access to the files to obtain copies of the tests administered in April and July. The final decisive test will involve comparing the content of the files with the questions actually administered in the Tolc tests.
Finally, the lawyers asked for a meeting with the Minister to clarify what went wrong in the Tolc tests and to make corrections in view of the next tests.
