From Monday two new train routes between Naples central station and Salerno

Starting from Monday, the next two new routes will connect the stations of Naples Centrale and Salerno, thus strengthening the regional transport offer on the historic Salerno – Naples line with 930 more seats per day.

The “fast” connections will be operated from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays) in conjunction with Frecce 9612 (Salerno – Turin) and 9431 (Venice – Naples), with intermediate stops at the stations of Nocera Inferiore, Pompei, Torre Annunziata Centrale, Torre del Greco and Portici.

This is the timetable: departure from Salerno at 5:10 and arrival at Napoli Centrale at 6:13 (in connection with the AV 9612 train departing from Napoli Centrale at 6.30:22); departure from Napoli Centrale at 00:9431 (in connection with the AV 21.48 train arriving at Napoli Centrale at 23:06) and arrival in Salerno at XNUMX:XNUMX. The new pair of trains was activated by Trenitalia (the leading company of the Passenger Hub of the FS Italiane Group) in agreement with the Campania Region, the client of the service, to meet the needs of travellers.
