The Formed of Caserta in agreement with the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, and with the patronage of the FareAmbiente movement, launches the advanced training course in Environmental Law and Techniques for the Ecological Transition.
The scientific director of the course is Professor Vincenzo Pepe, the didactic director is Professor Luigi Colella, and the coordinator is Professor Vittoria Ponzetta.
The course is divided into 14 modules with lectures that will be held by experts with proven experience in the field, and will deal with: air protection, climate law, biodiversity, circular economy, civil protection, remediation of contaminated sites, and environmental liability and eco-crimes.
The following teachers will be present: Merola, Florenzano, Colella, Avallone, Pepe, Auriemma, Vattani, Amato and Lieutenant Colonel Scudieri and Attorney Crisileo. The objective of the course arises from the need for training and updating for operators in the field of environmental law and policies, so as to qualify human resources.
Freelance professionals and operators, as well as consultants and experts, and also managers of public and private companies, operators in the environmental sector, lawyers, economists, engineers, chemists, geologists, law enforcement, university students can participate. The overall duration of the course is 185 hours and the lessons will be held on Fridays from 14,30:18,30 pm to 9:13 pm, and on Saturdays from XNUMX am to XNUMX pm at the Department of Political Sciences of the Luigi Vanvitelli University, Via Ellittico.
At the end of the training course, the members will discuss a paper on a topic covered and will receive a certificate of participation in the advanced training course, whose total cost is 1200 euros divided into installments, and is exempt from VAT.
