It is a chilling accusatory picture, if one considers his young age, the language used and the type of threats, which emerges from the documents of the investigation by the Sorrento Carabinieri which led to the arrest the 17-year-old from Vico Equense accused of sexual violence against his underage ex-girlfriend during the period between June and August 2023.
Unable to accept the end of their relationship, the young man forced the victim to leave the house only with her consent, forbade her from going to the beach for fear that others would see her in a swimsuit, and even acted violently in public, slapping her and snatching her phone from her hand on two occasions to check its contents.
The shocking phrases "I'll kill you and your father too"
"You and your family are trash. You're just a whore... A cuckold like your father. I'll kill you and your father too. I'll shoot you. I'll throw acid in your face so people won't recognize you anymore."
According to the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Juvenile Court of Naples, the young man initially presented himself as a caring and affectionate person, but over time he developed jealous and possessive behaviors towards the victim.

"I'll get you pregnant and you'll have to do what I tell you."
The Juvenile Prosecutor's Office opened the investigation in September following a complaint filed by the victim and her mother. The teenager had allegedly regularly made threats such as: "Perhaps you don't understand? You have to do what I tell you, you're mine alone. Sooner or later I'll get you pregnant, and you'll have to do what I tell you." These statements were supported by screenshots of WhatsApp conversations in which such dialect expressions were present.
This was written by the investigating judge of the Naples Juvenile Court, Anita Polito, in the five-page order ordering the young man's pre-trial detention in the IPM.
