Exhibition, tasting and sale of local labels from 13 to 15 October.
Personalized tasting itineraries of the wines of Campi Flegrei DOC accompanied by historical and tourist notes. On October 13, 14 and 15, the first edition of “Viniamo – Le vie del vino dei Campi Flegrei” will be held in Quarto, in collaboration with the wineries of the area and with the patronage of the Municipality of Quarto.
Exhibition, tasting and sales in the stands set up in the gallery of the Quarto Nuovo Shopping Centre where guests will be guided on a food and wine tour, accompanied by local producers who will illustrate the ancient cultivation methods.
Ten wineries from the Campi Flegrei have joined the initiative: Azienda Agricola Agnanum, Azienda Agricola Cantavitae, Azienda Agricola Cerullo, Azienda Agricola Mario Portolano, Cantine Babbo, Cantine Di Criscio Quartum, Cantine Federiciane, Cantine Il Quarto Miglio, Contrada Salandra, Le Cantine dell'Averno.

AIS sommeliers and ONAV wine tasting delegates will suggest the right pairings and organize free activities, for a maximum of 10 participants, of blind tasting (Friday 13th at 17 pm) and a basic wine tasting course (Saturday 14th at 17 pm). Tastings of 3 wines for 5 euros with relative pairings, with a glass and dedicated glass holder. It will also be possible to purchase the wines that have delighted the palates during the event.
On the final day of the event, Sunday 15 October, between 10,30:11,30 and 15,30:17,30 and between 18:XNUMX and XNUMX:XNUMX, there will be the possibility of booking guided tours by an expert archaeologist at the site “La Villa Del Torchio”, an extraordinary opening granted for the occasion by the Archaeological Park of the Campi Flegrei and the Municipality of Quarto. In the afternoon at XNUMX:XNUMX a talk show on the theme “The Campi Flegrei between archaeology and its vineyards”.
Attending the event will be Antonio Sabino, mayor of Quarto; Raffaella De Vivo, councilor for culture of Quarto; Fabio Pagano, director of the Campi Flegrei Archaeological Park; Silvio Caldaria, director of the QuartoNuovo Shopping Center; and Agostino Di Franco, event organizer for OGA Communication.
This first-ever food and wine tourism event will connect all five senses to offer a unique and intoxicating experience, showcasing the indigenous winemaking of the Campi Flegrei, a region rich in history, tradition, culture, and constant innovation.
