Police arrested and took to prison, on orders from the Milan investigating judge, trapper Shiva, alias 24-year-old Andrea Arrigoni, on charges of attempted murder for injuring two young men in the legs with a pistol on July 11 in Settimo Milanese after they had initially attacked him.
The investigations, coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Laura Pedio and the PM Daniela Bartolucci, were conducted by the third section of the Flying Squad.
The two young men who were injured by gunshots fired last July by Shiva are linked to rapper Rondo da Sosa (who is not under investigation).
According to the Milan Flying Squad, the incident was the culmination of several brawls and social media abuse and was supposed to be an ambush against Shiva and his group in front of their record company in Settimo Milanese.
The rapper, however, noticed and pulled a 9x21 caliber pistol from his backpack, firing at least four shots. A third person was with the two assailants to film the beating. A fourth was waiting in the car. In total, eight people are under investigation for various crimes, including possession of offensive objects. A machete also appears in the videos.
Rappers intercepted: 'We've been at each other's throats, that alone is a tasty morsel.'
"Don't come down here, we had a bloodbath, eh!... We went down and had a bloodbath with the people there, someone who wanted to hurt us." Wiretaps of the "rapper feud" are included in the investigation by Milan prosecutor Daniela Bartolucci and deputy prosecutor Laura Pedio, which led to the arrest of 24-year-old Andrea Arrigoni, "Shiva," from Legnano, for the attempted double murder of two members of the rival gang "SevenZoo" and possession of a firearm.
The conversations intercepted by investigators from the Milan Flying Squad date back to the weeks following July 11, the evening of the events, when Shiva, along with three other people, got out of his car in the courtyard of the 'Milano Ovest' record company where he is the CEO on Via Cusago in Settimo Milanese and was approached by a 30-year-old and a 25-year-old man intent on attacking him.
He fired five shots from a 5x9 pistol drawn from his backpack, firing them at a height of 21 meters and from a distance of between 1,15 and 13 meters, wounding his attackers in the right and left thighs, causing first-degree burns. Throughout the summer, he spoke about the incident with those close to him, both in Milan and during his music tour in various Italian regions. Late on the night of July 15, Arrigoni spoke with a friend known as 'Uncle'.
He tells him he knows that 'Taurus' (the nickname of one of those attacked 11 days earlier) was seen at the Old Fashion nightclub in Milan. He's "alone," he tells him, and for that reason, he's a "great morsel." His friend begs him to "do nothing" and "stay calm" for "all of our good." He responds: "You know what he did to me, bro. I can't forget that. He's alone, too! That shit."
A month passes. It's the evening of August 21st near Gallipoli in Puglia when Shiva confronts NA before the concert at the Praja nightclub about the possibility of "carrying a backpack containing something extremely important/illegal," noted investigating judge Stefania Donadeo, ordering the 24-year-old's pre-trial detention. "Whatever happens, we'll beat the crap out of them all, you understand," they say to each other.
On August 30, during a trip to San Benedetto del Tronto in the Marche region for a concert at the Akua nightclub, they and members of the Santana Gang committed another violent act, a brawl ("we got into a fight") that forced them to pack their bags and leave town in a hurry ("Guys, pack your bags... let's go now"), fearing "retaliation or police intervention." For those incidents, Shiva and four others were investigated for brawling, aggravated theft, and illegal possession of weapons, and the Ascoli Piceno Police Chief issued them three-year banishment orders.
