Historic center of Caivano, the buildings of the Verde park tower a few blocks away. Drug trafficking slows down significantly but does not stop.

We need new frontiers in storage, new tricks to avoid seizures.
Because the Carabinieri are everywhere and it is increasingly complicated to escape the controls.

This is how new scenarios, new “depots”, innovative methods of dealing are conceived. As any company would strategically do in order not to lose market share.
To do this, logistics are of vital importance.

The product to be sold cannot remain stationary for too long, it must be moved to the retailers and then to the customer to be transformed into profit. But how can the goods be protected from the unexpected?

The Carabinieri of the Caivano company also found the answer.
After countless arrests and seizures, the fervor of Verde Park, the Bronx and the Iacp district seems to have faded and moved away from the spotlight.

The military knows this and follows the drug dealing trail, responding blow for blow even to the violence of weapons. They know that the banal habit of hiding weapons and drugs in elevator shafts, in meters or in some public flowerbed has paid a heavy price.

 The discovery of the Carabinieri in the historic center of Caivano

They discover (and arrest) those who hide the goods in the walls. Walled up, hidden in the bricks covered with cement.

It all begins in the home of Emanuel Padulo, 40 year old local and already known to the police. They found about 4900 euros in cash of dubious origin.

In the house there is a video surveillance system with high definition cameras and a handset. In a farmhouse adjacent to the 40-year-old's apartment another man: Massimo Natale, 51 years old, also from Caivano.

Natale tries to escape on an electric bike but only travels a few meters. From the 51-year-old's reaction, the Carabinieri believe that his presence in that dilapidated environment was not accidental.
At a first search they find drugs and bullets but that's not enough. They go deeper and, supported by the Carabinieri bomb disposal experts of the provincial command of Naples, they also take up a metal detector.

The discovery is not long in coming. Walled in the bricks, in the walls, they find everything.
The overall budget tells of 4 guns with serial number erased loaded with ammunition (A Glock, a Beretta 92FS, a Beretta 98FS, a Tanfoglio 21) it's a Scorpion machine gun. And almost again 600 bullets of various calibers, 6 and a half kilos of hashish, 2 kilos and 300 grams of cocaine and almost a kilo of marijuana.

Padulo and Natale ended up in handcuffs, taken to prison awaiting trial.
The Carabinieri checks, meanwhile, will continue without stopping. The weapons have been sent to the Carabinieri scientific section to establish whether they have been used in recent bloody incidents.
