From 12 to 15 October in Salerno free concerts with great artists of the Italian music scene (Carmen Consoli feat. Marina Rei, Daniele Silvestri, BigMama, La Maschera), theater workshops and philosophical talks with academics, journalists and experts in new technologies.
The Filosofiadi, a competition for classical high schools, and the publication of a call for proposals for the creation of cultural projects aimed at young people are scheduled in Naples
Music, theater and philosophy are at the center of “Young people and musical culture”, the new project of the Campania Region dedicated to students that aims to support youth creativity and the construction of healthy social relationships, starting on October 12 in Salerno with Canta con Kant, a festival that will involve great artists of the musical scene, philosophers, academics, journalists and experts in new technologies. Afterwards, the classical high schools of Campania will compete in the Filosofiadi, the “Olympics of philosophy”, and by the end of the year the call for proposals “La Regione Campania per i giovani” will be published to support specific projects of the cultural institutions of Campania.
The project was presented this morning in Naples (Palazzo Santa Lucia, headquarters of the Campania Region).

Consoli, Silvestri and BigMama will be interviewed in a special Agora by Gianni Simioli. The “Antonio Ghirelli” Theater will host 15 philosophical talks with Francesco Paolo Adorno, Maurizio Bettini, Valentina Carnelutti, Gino Castaldo, Nello Cristianini, Umberto Curi, Tiziana D'Angelo, Massimo De Santo, Pietro Del Soldà, Adolfo Fattori, Giuseppe Gaeta, Ilaria Gaspari, Antonio Gnoli, Domenico Iannacone, Matteo Nucci, Riccardo Pozzo, Alfonso Santaniello, Domenico Spinelli, Emidio Spinelli, Carlotta Vagnoli, Massimiliano Valerii, Emanuele Zingale. The talks will be divided into four sections: Myth and Philosophy; Scars, Tattoos and other marks; Just living: memory of bodies, imagination of the future; To escape from minority: Kant and beyond.
Also at the “Ghirelli” there will be three theatrical performances curated by Rosario Diana and Rosalba Quindici (Paradise Lost by John Milton), Cristina Minasi and Giuseppe Carillo (Tragic-Ephemeral Conference) and the Putéca Celidònia Company (On the Other Side. 2+2=?) and a theatrical workshop (When the Body Tells) curated by the Ablativo Association, as part of the Corpora Project by Liberimago.
