In recent days, the Diving Unit of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office carried out a service aimed at preventing and combating illegal fishing on the island of Capri.
Specifically, the operators immersed themselves in the body of water in front of the Blue Grotto, where, at a depth of about 35 meters, they photographed a stone anchor while, inside the cave, at a depth of about 20 meters, they detected the presence of part of the rim of a dolium dating back to Roman times.
