On the occasion of world mental health day, Casa Impresa Benessere Arzano and Centro Diurno Sant'Antimo, managed by the Social Cooperative elleuno e ATI Consortium Italy, In collaboration with the Department of Mental Health of ASL Napoli2Nord, announce an important awareness event which will be held on Tuesday 10 October at the “Biagio Perrotta” Library in Manzoni valley 33 a Casavatore, in the province of Napoli.

The event includes a meeting with the director-screenwriter Andrea Simonella, during which the short film will be screened "Uruguay".

The goal of the meeting is to raise awareness and combat mental health errors and abuses, which unfortunately harm and violate the rights of society's most vulnerable. Through the screening of the short film, the aim is to lift the veil on unacceptable behaviors and ensure they no longer remain silent, but are addressed decisively to prevent them in the future and protect the rights of vulnerable people.

A stand will be set up outside the library information stand curated by the rehabilitation group SIR Casa Impresa Benessere DSM ASL Napoli2Nord together with the users: information brochures and gadgets will be distributed to spread awareness on innovative rehabilitation treatments in mental health.

At the residence, a special space will be dedicated to free interviews Led by mental health professionals. The sessions are designed for people who believe they have been victims of psychological, physical, or sexual abuse, particularly women. The goal is to provide a safe environment in which to welcome, listen, and guide those who have experienced such situations, offering them the necessary support.
