Seismic and hydrogeological emergencies will be the focus of the Civil Protection System exercises that will take place tomorrow and the day after (Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 October) from 9.30:13 to XNUMX, at the regional logistics center of San Marco Evangelista during open days reserved for schools.
The initiative, organised by the Civil Protection of the Campania Region in collaboration with the Prefecture of Caserta and the involvement of the Police Force, Fire Brigade, Army, Air Force, Local Health Authority, volunteer organizations, Alpine Rescue and Dog Units, is part of the broader program of events promoted by the Campania Region on the occasion of the National Civil Protection Week in order to spread, among citizens, knowledge of good practices of self-protection and risk reduction, to make local communities increasingly resilient to the impacts of natural or man-made emergencies.
In particular, it is explained in a note, a guided tour will also be carried out at the Logistics Centre which is identified as the headquarters of Dicomac (the Command and Control Directorate responsible for managing emergencies at a national level).
