Casoria. Competition for manager of direct personal services sector: "there is no end to the worst, city in disarray".
A dig from city councilor Alessandro Graziuso. The Municipality of Casoria has published a call for applications for a manager in the "Direct Personal Services" sector. This procedure is reserved entirely for internal personnel who meet the qualifications, but according to Graziuso, "the choice is questionable from both a legal and administrative perspective."
And in fact," he clarifies, "the procedure limits the right of those who meet the requirements to participate, as well as precluding the organization from selecting the best candidate. Not to mention that only a privileged few within the organization have the opportunity to participate in the competition, making it a truly bespoke experience."
This would be an incredible story, given that potential beneficiaries include employees with ties to the world of politics.
