For the Sunday of Paper 2023 the National Library VITTORIO EMANUELE III of Naples reopens the “Apartments of the Bourbon Festivities”, the magical appointment is on the Monumental Staircase at 10,20.
In the majestic Reading Room, the former ballroom, the suggestion of dances in period costume provide the backdrop to the presentation of the exhibition “Enrico Caruso in the documents of Lucchesi Palli”, with contributions from Maria Iannotti and Ermanno Corsi. Caruso's autographs, acquired a few days ago and of considerable interest, will be presented for the first time.
After the guided tour of the exhibition set up in the rooms of the Lucchesi Palli, the soprano Olga De Maio and the tenor Luca Lupoli, in concert accompanied on the piano by Nataliya Apolenskaja, will revive the magic of the most famous arias from the Carusian repertoire, with recitations by the actor Sasà Trapanese.
