From the investigative findings, it emerged that the eight suspects, starting from the end of 2018, conducted a persistent and structured retail drug dealing activity of cocaine, hashish and marijuana, under the criminal control of the Amato-Pagano Camorra clan.

The investigative activities, conducted immediately and subsequently to the facts, thanks also to the assistance of multiple technical interception activities, have allowed us to acquire serious evidence of guilt in relation to the criminal acts against: Carmine Della Gaggia, known as “Ciccio”, head and promoter of the Melitese drug dealing center called “Parco Monaco”.
With him Giovanni Bottiglieri, known as “Bucatin” and Antonio Esposito, as those responsible for packaging the narcotic; Salvatore Tagliatela, responsible for transporting the substances; Umberto Maraucci, Domenico di Marino and Giuseppe Termano, as those responsible for the retail sale of the doses of narcotic and Raffaele Aruta, as custodian of the substances.
