Pietro Risiti, secretary of the provincial branch of Confarca Napoli, states: "Despite the promises made in June, nothing has changed. We feel cheated by the Naples Department of Motor Vehicles. Staffing shortages alone cannot justify the midweek closure of the offices. We're now facing enormous difficulties even with renewals and other bureaucratic procedures."
