Sign the petition), which calls for the abolition of the restricted number of places in Medicine and has already collected approximately 45000 signatures.
Prospective students, many accompanied by concerned parents who are determined to eliminate the entrance test, gathered to discuss the issue and ask questions of the lawyers present.
Before the meeting, in the hotel rooms, the Hon. Piero De Luca stopped to talk with the lawyer Leone, while in the room there was the intervention of the regional councilor Francesco Iovino
"The time is ripe," commented Attorney Leone, "for our country to abandon the restricted admission system, which compromises two fundamental rights: the first is the opportunity to challenge oneself and demonstrate one's worth by taking university exams; the other important right is the right to healthcare, because restricted admissions have emptied hospital wards in 30 years."
The presence of these young people here, accompanied by their families, demonstrates that there is now an awareness in society, in families, that something must change once and for all."
The lawyer recalled the frauds that were uncovered and that led to a complaint to the judicial police.

What happened this year is absurd, to say the least, and has demonstrated the sloppiness of a system that allowed people to collect April applications, reuse them in July, share them on social media, and maybe even sell them. The judicial police and the Public Prosecutor's Office are already addressing all of these matters, because in addition to appealing to the Regional Administrative Court (TAR), we have also filed a complaint with all the evidence demonstrating that this test was completely rigged.
Regarding the institutional dialogue, lawyer Leone declared.
“This is a battle that horizontally involves all those who are involved in politics in the territory.
Paradoxically, their protest does not find a response from the Roman leaders, probably because they are too far from the territories, because then the hot potato of the lack of doctors must be managed by the governors, right? So we are very happy that De Luca has thought of a regional law to abolish the number.
This morning, essentially the entire parliamentary spectrum passed through here, from the extremes to the far left, everyone made their voices heard, sent a message, intervened, like Councilor Iovino. We are confident we are on the right side, and we are moving forward with the meetings that will lead us to other Italian cities after Naples, where we started."
