The trial against Angelo Guida, of Airola, aged 42, defended by lawyers Vittorio Fucci and Daniela Martino.
In particular, Guida, for an alleged aggravated theft, committed in March 2019, of expensive sunglasses to the detriment of his ex-wife, who had left them in the car, therefore exposed out of necessity and custom in public faith, was sentenced by the Court of Benevento, on 06/07/2021, to 3 months of imprisonment.
