The story is told by the Nessuno Tocchi Ippocrate association through its Facebook page: "It's 8:00 a.m. in the emergency room of the Santa Maria delle Grazie hospital in Pozzuoli when a hospitalized patient goes into cardiac arrest and dies. The relatives immediately begin screaming and verbally abusing the healthcare staff.

One of them, however, went further, leaving the hospital, getting into his car, and grabbing a knife, heading toward the emergency room doors. The only security guard present managed to stop him before tragedy struck. Carabinieri and police intervened on the scene and took the man to the police headquarters. The relative's body was seized.
“Still weapons inside the emergency room, we renew the request for an increase in security guards and at this point we also ask (provocatively) for the presence of metal detectors, given that patients come to the emergency room armed!”.
