As part of the "Officine Rione Terra" events currently scheduled in the Rione Terra of Pozzuoli, on Friday 13 October at 18:00 pm in the former Council Chamber of Palazzo Migliaresi, the "People, Cultures and Cuisine" study series will be presented, along with the book "Isola d'Ischia," edited by Anna Russolillo, Gianni Ambrosino, and Sonia Gervasio. This fifth volume in the series is dedicated to the "green island," the eldest of the islands in the Phlegraean Gulf, the undisputed capital of spas and wellness.
The book collects previously unpublished essays by scholars, enthusiasts of ancient traditions, and food artists who tell stories related to cuisine, considered the main protagonist of world culture.
