A day of checks for the Carabinieri of the Ischia company on the green island and in Procida. In Procida itself, the military of the local station reported 5 people for violating environmental regulations.
The suspects – construction company, workers and client – had poured sewage, stucco and solvents (waste materials from the renovation of an apartment) directly into the manhole of the public sewers that was on the street.
Again the Carabinieri of Procida, during the evening checks carried out in via Marina di Chiaiolella, reported to the Prefecture a 24-year-old found in possession of some doses of marijuana.

In Ischia, instead, the Carabinieri of the radiomobile section - engaged in checks at the port for the disembarkation of tourists - reported a 36-year-old from Follonica found in possession of a 17-centimeter long switchblade, the weapon was seized. Two drug users were reported.
During the long-range operation, the Carabinieri identified 212 people and checked 147 vehicles. Among the traffic sanctions contested were driving without a helmet, using a phone while driving and failure to have a vehicle inspected.
