The redevelopment and regeneration works of the underpass of via provinciale Andolfi, the border road between Boscoreale, Pompeii, and Torre Annunziata, municipalities in the Naples metropolitan area. Among those present at the meeting were regional councilor Mario Casillo (Democratic Party), the mayors of Pompeii and Boscoreale, Carmine Lo Sapio and Pasquale di Lauro, the president of the Pompeii City Council, Giuseppe La Marca, the sole person responsible for the Ente Autonomo Volturno-EaV procedure, Fiorentino Borrello, and Mario Barbati, representing the Concessionaire.
The executive project, in line with the definition of the conference of services, is part of the doubling of the Torre Annunziata-Moregine Circumvesuviana line project and includes the creation of a public park and an urban garden.

An urban park will be created, featuring green areas, LED lighting, fountains, and benches, and steps will be created for a terraced vegetable garden. Once the work is completed, "the underpass, currently in a state of complete disrepair and abandonment, will become," according to a press release from EaV, "a meeting and gathering point for all residents." Repaving of the road on Via Andolfi, from the Villa Regina stop to the underpass, was completed last April, and work on the other roadworks planned for the project will begin in the coming months.
