The raid by the police of the Barra San Giovanni Police Station dates back to the end of September with the arrest of Emanuele Farina , a twenty-three year old from Barra.
Just a year ago, Farina was caught by surprise at Via Serino 7, an Aprea enclave, while he was acting as an armed guard with a Glock 9×21 semi-automatic pistol.
Farina, heedless of the police, fled and disappeared. In fact, a minor was arrested and forty doses of marijuana, which Farina himself had in custody, were also seized on the spot.
However, investigating judge Marcello De Chiara of the Naples Court approved the request made by lawyers Giuseppe Milazzo and Immacolata Romano, replacing prison with house arrest, despite the suspect's prior convictions for drug dealing and resisting a public official.
Now, outside the walls of Poggioreale prison, Emanuele Farina will be able to reflect on his trial fate while already rejoicing at his release.
