D'Uva then talks about the growth in visits to the Treasure of San Gennaro, in the Cathedral of NAPLES: “Before Covid – he explains – it had less than 70.000 visitors a year, in the spring of 2022, after a year of work, we reached 85.000 visitors and as of September 30 of this 2023 we are already at 85.000 visitors, which means that our expectation is to reach 120.000 visitors at the end of the year.
These are good results to which I also add the strong numbers of online presence on our website which has more than 70.0000 views per year; we have also opened a Tiktok channel, very visited. For us, social media are places where we can hook tourists who will come to NAPLES to live a physical experience”.
