The Naples Police Chief, on the proposal of the Bagnoli Police Station, has ordered the suspension for 15 days of the activity of serving food and drinks to the public as well as dance entertainment and various art shows at a venue in Via Coroglio.
In particular, on the night of October 2nd, a woman, following an assault that took place inside the club and then continued outside, had sought medical treatment at the San Paolo hospital for several stab and cut wounds to her knee and abdomen.
Again, during last summer, there had been reports of fights, assaults and arguments, both inside and outside the venue, where several aggravated thefts had also been committed during dance or musical events.
Furthermore, between 2018 and 2022, the Police Commissioner of Napoli had already ordered 4 suspensions of licenses, of which only the last one concerned the current management.
The measure is therefore aimed at avoiding a concrete danger to public order and the safety of citizens.
