NIn the last few days, officers from the Dante Police Station, local police personnel and ASL NA1 staff have carried out administrative checks in the Avvocata and Montecalvario of the city of Napoli, finding a series of administrative violations which were promptly sanctioned.
During the operation, the operators checked two commercial establishments in via Tarsia and piazza Dante. Napoli, where, in the first, they found the presence of two employees without a regular contract and seized 100 kg of food products for the lack of traceability requirements. For these reasons, fines of 4500 euros were imposed.
Again, in the second, administrative and health and hygiene violations were found, as well as the illegal occupation of public land. For the latter, fines of 5000 euros were therefore imposed. Finally, for both businesses, the suspension of activity was ordered.
