The Ministry of Justice has in fact completed all activities within its jurisdiction for the time being in the transmission of the European arrest warrant to Germany.
“The homicidal intent” of Filippo Turetta “is made clear by the manner of the attack, which occurred on several occasions”. This is what is contained in the precautionary custody order of the investigating judge of Venice, Benedetta Vitolo, with which Filippo Turetta was sentenced to prison for the murder of Giulia Cecchettin.
Filippo first attacked Giulia "in the parking lot in Vignovo" - explains the investigating judge - "causing her to lose copious amounts of blood, and subsequently, in the industrial area of Fossó: throwing the victim to the ground with such violence that, following the push, she no longer showed any signs of life and was loaded into the car by the attacker".
The investigating judge: “Turetta was unpredictable, his gesture was crazy and reckless”
Filippo Turetta “also appears to be a totally unpredictable individual since, after having led a life of apparent normality, he suddenly carried out this crazy and reckless act”. We read further in the precautionary custody order.
Turetta totally incapable of self-control
Filippo, Turetta “has demonstrated a total inability to self-control, which is suitable to found a judgment of extreme dangerousness and raises alarm in a society where feminicides are the order of the day”.
