The local police and the Carabinieri had been looking for him for some time. Marigliano, in the province of Napoli, following the alarm raised by some mothers of students at a middle school who had reported the presence of a man outside the institute filming the students with his cell phone.
The investigation began in September but the turning point came when the Local Police patrol spotted a man stopped in his car intent on filming the children with a cell phone hidden behind the handlebars. They immediately asked for explanations to the man who, subsequently, showing up at the Command premises, was identified by the officers as the reported profile. The man was then reported.
“We were able to trace the man also thanks to confidential sources – declares the commander of the local police Marigliano greater Emiliano Nacar - a delicate investigation carried out with a continuous exchange of information with the local Carabinieri station. An investigative and proactive activity by the seasonal staff of the Marigliano Local Police, capable of identifying the author of such sensitive facts, but equally serious because they orbit in the context of ambiguous attitudes and tending not to fall into the justice machine, but of great social alarm”.
