He damaged with hammers the tomb he had built because he had not been paid the amount agreed by the relatives of the deceased. It happened in Million, in the province of Avellino, where a craftsman was reported by the police for extortion and vilification of tombs.
“If you don’t pay me what we agreed, I’ll go to the cemetery and destroy the tombstone,” he had told the alleged debtors before carrying out the threat. Thanks to the statements reported by the family to the police, the alleged perpetrator was identified and reported to the Avellino Prosecutor’s Office.
