Naples. This morning, at the “Vincenzo Parisi” hall of the Higher School of Police in Rome, in the presence of the Chief of Police – General Director of Public Security, Prefect Vittorio Pisani, the tricolour scarf was delivered to the officials of the management role of the Police of State.
The officials, on duty at other locations, attended the ceremony via videoconference.
In Naples, the ceremony was held in the “Vadalà” hall of the IV Mobile Department, where the Police Chief handed over the aforementioned scarf to the new officials, reiterating its symbolic importance. In fact, from the scarf derive power and responsibility, as the official is the recipient of prerogatives that the system recognizes in terms of public order and security.
