On Tuesday morning, the Hawks of the Flying Squad, as part of the services arranged for this purpose, noticed in Via Visone a Caivano a man entering a building and exiting after a few moments before hastily driving away in a car.
The police, becoming suspicious, caught up and stopped the driver in via Circumvallazione and found him in possession of a wrapper of approximately 0,5 grams of cocaine.
Since there was reasonable reason to believe that there could be further elements regarding the facts for which they were proceeding, the operators carried out a check at the apartment from which the subject had been seen leaving but, after knocking several times, they heard some noises attributable to the use of the toilet flush.
In those circumstances, the policemen, thanks to the help of Fire Brigade personnel, entered the house where they surprised a man and found a monitor turned on which reproduced the images recorded by seven cameras connected to a DVR system (system video surveillance) with a closed circuit that framed the external perimeter of the building, various materials for packaging drugs and 3000 euros, divided into banknotes of various denominations.
Therefore, a 30 year old man from Caivano with a criminal record police, even specifically, was reported for illicit possession of narcotic substances, while the buyer was administratively sanctioned for the same reason.
