He obtained reimbursement of the sum, proceeds of the scam/fraud, in addition to compensation for non-pecuniary damages, with consequent termination of the proceedings due to the remission of the complaint.
This is the conclusion reached by the Criminal Court of Naples, Section IX, following yesterday's hearing.
In April 2019, a Sannita woman from Frasso Telesino received a phone call from a pseudo postal operator who, pretending to be an employee, asked her some questions because, according to him, she had to secure her Banco Posta and Postapay cards.
Thus managing to capture from the victim the data necessary to operate remotely on his postal account, thus making a top-up of 1500 euros from the poor victim's Postapay to the Postapay Evolution prepaid card of the accused Valentina Prota.

At that point the victim, originally from Frasso Telesino, reported everything to the fraud center, filing a complaint with the postal police, through his lawyer, Massimo Viscusi, who collaborated in an "incisive" way in resolving the investigations, providing evidence and probative elements for the purpose of identifying the offender, following a thorough investigation activity, in synergy with the investigators.
The accused's alleged accomplice was not identified, being listed as "unidentified".
