Available in all digital stores, the new single by Andrea Lupi, entitled “Vicoli e strade” (ICreamusic), a pop song that describes the voids and consequences that a person who is no longer there can leave, the sensations felt over time, how one last image can remain imprinted mainly. Only a definitive acceptance of the fact that there are circles destined not to close can give him a new serenity and a new optimistic vision of the future, moving forward without forgetting the past.
Andrea Lupi: "Even though I think it's a song that anyone can interpret according to their own life experience, it's actually very personal. When I wrote it, I tried to express the different emotions that you can feel over the years for a situation like this, trying to convey them through similes and metaphors to give a concrete but at the same time abstract image to the listener."
Written by the performer himself, arranged by producer Francesco Vescia and recorded at Pierangelo Ambroselli's Pro Cube Studio in Rome, it is the first single created in collaboration with producer and manager Antonio Crea, for iCreamusic.
Biography
Andrea Lupi is a Roman singer-songwriter.
He approached music at a very young age with the clarinet, later dedicating himself to the keyboard and especially to singing.
After middle school he began a project that lasted several years, which led him to become interested in writing and produce two albums, to be a national finalist of the "Cantagiro" and various competitions, as well as allowing him to mature an intense live experience that took him on various Roman and national stages (among others those of Stazione Birra, Blackout, Zona Roveri).
During 2020, his covers of “Eleanor Rigby” by The Beatles (in full lockdown) and “Stupendo” by Vasco Rossi were released.
In 2021 his new solo project starts, with the singles “Frequentazioni migliori”, “L'influenza” and “Pioggia per favore”.
In 2022, “Scarpe belle” was released, with which he will resume performing live after the break due to the pandemic. After having totaled over 870.000 total listens on Spotify, in 2023 he began his artistic collaboration with the producer and manager Antonio Crea, with whom he released the single “Vicoli e strade”.
