Roland Bici, a 26 year old native Albanian language, had been wanted since July 19th for the crime of theft aggravated in competition.

The man had escaped a custody order issued by the court of Vallo della Lucania. Yesterday evening, two carabinieri off duty were in marcianise, in the province of Caserta, in the well-known shopping center.
The two marshals, one on duty at the Acerra station and the other at the Florence marshals' training school, were simply enjoying a walk when they saw a person they knew.
The 26-year-old was on the list of those to be "captured" and the carabinieri recognized him immediately. The man was walking through the shops like any other citizen, unaware that he was being followed.

The Carabinieri immediately alerted their colleagues Acerra and the operational section of Castello di Cisterna.
The military arrived on the scene within minutes and, after organizing a judicial police service via smartphone, blocked the man. Bici was arrested and is now in prison awaiting trial.
