Upon the arrival of the Carabinieri, the 37-year-old, in an evident state of psychophysical alteration due to alcohol consumption, continued to violently inveigh against his elderly parents and to provoke the soldiers, making it necessary to intervene firmly and thus allow him to be stopped.
It happened yesterday evening at marcianise, where following a request for help for an ongoing fight, received by the emergency number "112", the Carabinieri of the local station promptly intervened.
The 37-year-old, already known to law enforcement for mistreatment of family members, extortion and personal favoring, was found, following immediate investigations, to be a repeat offender in aggressive and violent behavior towards his parents starting from July 2020.

Such behaviors, documented by the interventions of the Carabinieri, have already led, in the past, to the application of precautionary measures against him.
This time the victims filed a formal complaint and the 37-year-old was taken to the police station and arrested. He will have to answer for mistreatment against cohabiting family members.
The man was shortly thereafter taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison and placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority.
