The intense pursuit of a minor who escaped from a community home, which ended with his capture, saw the Digos agents of the Avellino Police Headquarters as protagonists.
The boy, 17 years old from Grumo Nevano, in the province of Naples, was intercepted in Quadrelle, in the province of Avellino, while he was walking along the road that leads from the cemetery out of town.
As a means of intimidation, the police fired several gunshots. During the chase, one officer fell and suffered a broken knee, while another dislocated his foot during the struggle to restrain the fugitive.
The minor had escaped from the family home last August Bedroom, in the province of Naples, to whom he had been entrusted by the juvenile court of Naples.
