Five thematic itineraries with 78 guided tours curated by Gabbianella Club Events, and 25 touring shows curated by SG sas. A journey to discover Christmastime Naples, with its legends, mysteries, stories, and traditions, concluding on January 7th.
The “Revelations” project was presented this morning by the general manager of Culture and Tourism of the Campania region Rosanna Romano, the municipal councilor for Tourism and Productive Activities Teresa Armato and Diego Giuliano, manager of Gabbianella Club Events.
The project was financed by the Campania Region with Poc 2014-2020 “Strategic plan for culture and cultural heritage 2022” – investment 400.000 euros – and promoted by the Department of Tourism and Productive Activities of the Municipality of Naples.
“Complex and structured projects like 'Rivelazioni' are clear evidence that the dialogue between institutions exists and works. The results are visible and tangible – declared the general director of Culture and tourism of the Campania Region Rosanna Romano -. 'Rivelazioni' is part of the annual planning carried out with the strategic plan of the Campania Region for culture and tourism, through investment in support of the capital cities. With this project, Naples has fully embraced the regional policy of thematics dedicated to the territory and that enhance cultures, places, people and, above all, the community”.
Rivelazioni offers more than 150 events including themed tours, shows, street entertainment for tourists. It is a program that reveals the deepest identity of Neapolitanness, proposing Christmas traditions, from Neapolitan tombola to the sweets particularly characteristic of our Christmas. An opportunity also for our citizens to rediscover and relive the deep spirit of the holidays.
"We are working on an increasingly dedicated welcome, offering tourists an experiential stay that allows them to fully experience our traditions. During this period, visitors will meet 35 tutors on the street who will distribute bilingual (Italian/English) information brochures, material also available at tourist information points.
There are also tutors on electric bicycles that will not only provide information on what is happening in the city but will also indicate alternative routes and city attractions to decongest particularly crowded routes. Naples continues to record important numbers: only during the last weekend 200.000 tourists arrived in the city, to whom we want to show and offer an increasingly welcoming tourist destination”, added Councilor Armato.
The five thematic itineraries are “The city of nativity scenes”, “The flavours of Christmas”, “Walking for ghosts”, “Urban park” and “The playful Neapolitan Christmas”. In a single day, more than one itinerary is available. After each tour, a small event will take place that will accompany participants to experience Neapolitan traditions even more deeply.
A journey through music, songs, recitations and cabaret related to Christmas and more. All the routes that make up the itineraries are free and must be booked on the eventbrite platform, where, together with the dates, times and meeting places are listed. The guided routes are inclusive: they give space to LIS and people with disabilities, who have reserved places and dedicated booking methods for each route. There are also numerous itinerant shows, whose programming can be consulted on the Municipality website.
Narrated music offers a new way of telling art and revealing the history and mystery of a place: a script, a narrator, actors and extras, who with their stories are able to bring back to the present the events that happened in the past, projecting them, through music, towards the future.
After the success of Sanitansamble in the Basilica of San Giovanni Maggiore and the Orchestra degli allievi del Conservatorio will perform in the Church of Santa Maria dell'Aiuto, Coccia & Friends will bring the lyrical prose comedy “Mamma non avvocato di essere un tenore!” to the stage in the Church of SS. Caivano – An arrest that brings to light one of the most dramatic pages in Neapolitan news. Yesterday, the Carabinieri snapped handcuffs on Ciro Migliore, a 27-year-old already known to law enforcement, during a drug raid in Caivano's green park. The man, identified as an alleged drug dealer, is the same young transgender man who was the boyfriend of Maria Paola Gaglione, the 16-year-old who died in the accident in September 2020. The tragedy, which shocked the entire community, was caused by the victim's brother, Michael Gaglione. As established in the trial, the man, opposing his sister's relationship, chased the couple on a motorcycle. During the chase, the scooter on which Maria Paola and Ciro Migliore were riding crashed, causing the young woman's death. Michele Gaglione was sentenced to 9 years and 6 months in prison for manslaughter. Yesterday's arrest by the police adds a dark piece to Migliore's story. The military raided his home, finding evidence of what appears to be a well-organized drug dealing ring: among the findings, 10 pre-packaged doses of cocaine and crack, packaging material and a "lmaster book" with initials and numbers, likely the accounts from the illegal sale. €1.675 in cash was also seized, presumably the proceeds of the illicit activity. The September 16th investigation is not the first drug dealing investigation involving Ciro Migliore after the death of his girlfriend; already in February 2021, he was targeted by law enforcement for similar crimes. The arrest closes a tragic cycle, where a family loss is intertwined with stories of deviance and illegality.

From a status symbol for the few to an icon of future mobility: in twenty years Tesla revolutionized the concept of electric car. Drive a Model 3 or a Model Y Today it doesn't just mean traveling with zero emissions, but also enjoying sports car performance, continuously updated software and the convenience of the Supercharger network.
However, the desire to get behind the wheel of a Tesla faces two significant obstacles: thehigh purchase cost, which starts from over 40.000 euros, and the rapid technological evolution which leads to a rapid devaluation of the vehicle.
