Umoya, the renowned entertainment facility located in Castel Volturno, after the success of the Mexican festival “Dias de los Muertos il villaggio di coco”, is pleased to announce its special event for Christmas 2023, created in partnership with Materya, entitled “SCHIACCIANOCI e la Magia del Natale”.
This extraordinary Christmas experience will take place from December 22nd to January 7th and will take visitors on a magical journey through the realms of fantasy inside the structure located in via Mezzagni, in Castel Volturno (Ce).
“The Nutcracker and the Magic of Christmas” is a unique and unforgettable experience, an event inspired by the fairy tale The Nutcracker.
Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in a world of magic and adventure, through performances, art installations and interactive entertainment. The Umoya facility has been transformed into a fairytale world, where visitors can explore the four kingdoms of the fairy tale, meeting Princess Clara, the Nutcracker, the kings of the 4 enchanted kingdoms and other characters.
It will be possible to take pictures with them, creating unforgettable memories.
The event, inspired by the fairy tale “The Nutcracker,” premiered on December 16 for industry insiders and a select group of guests, and was met with extraordinary reception.
“NUTCRACKER and the Magic of Christmas”: The Event Program
Regents' Path:
Visitors will be able to admire the themed installations and meet the powerful kings of the 4 kingdoms. Selfies taken along the way will give access to the exclusive palace of the king of kings and Santa Claus.
Meet Princess Clara and the Nutcracker: The fairy tale characters will come to life, allowing visitors to meet them and take pictures with them.
Magic Circus and Santa Claus:
After the journey through the 4 kingdoms, visitors will be able to access the Magic Circus, where they will have the opportunity to meet the King of All Kings and Santa Claus (the latter until December 23, 2023). They will also be able to deliver their wish letter and take a photo with them.
Shows and Puppet Theater: Talented artists will perform circus acts, juggling, fireworks and comedy in the Nutcracker Magic Circus.
Drosselmeyer's Workshop: A fun workshop for children held by the friendly Toymaker's helpers.
Christmas Parade with Band: Spectacular parades with fairy tale characters accompanied by the music of a travelling band that will perform the music from The Nutcracker and Christmas classics.
Treasure Hunt: An engaging adventure for adults, where you must solve puzzles to open a hidden chest and escape with the loot.
Music by DJ Set & Live Session: DJ sets and live sessions in the evening for adults, with special editions during the Christmas period.
Food and Wine Stands & Gift Shop: Catering with typical and traditional products, possibility of purchasing local products and gifts.
Event Hours:
– Children’s activities will end at 20:00 pm.
– Adult activities will end at 22:00 pm.
