The other morning, an accident occurred on the median highway, specifically at the Giugliano/Parete junction. A truck overturned on the roadway heading towards Lago Patria, causing the entire load of groceries to fall onto the asphalt. The situation caused serious traffic disruption on the expressway, with tailbacks lasting several kilometers.
The accident quickly turned into a golden opportunity for some to stock up on food, collected from among the food items spilled on the asphalt. In a video posted on Tik Tok and reported to the Green-Left alliance deputy Francesco Emilio Borrelli, a motorcyclist can be seen stopping to rummage through the load lying on the ground and then grabbing something and taking it away.
“The usual jackals who never fail to appear on these occasions. They even risk getting hurt, causing another accident just to get a meager loot. For them, everything is fine, even if they don't need it, as long as it's 'free'. Stealing for certain individuals is like air. What a shame,” commented Borrelli.
