The night at arzano was constantly illuminated by the flashing lights of the Carabinieri of the Casoria company, engaged in the garrison of the city. During the control operation, the military inspected numerous vehicles and identified over 100 people, many of whom were already criminals.
Thanks to the constant presence of the police, it was possible to arrest Gioacchino Piscopo, 35 years old from Arzano, already under obligation to report to the Attorney General, for attempted theft. Piscopo was caught in via Atellana, near the Arzano roundabout, while he was trying to steal a vehicle parked on the street. He did not have time to complete the theft and escape, since the military of the local police station promptly stopped and arrested him, finding on him a screwdriver used to force the car.
During the service, the Carabinieri reported 3 other people for illegal connection to the public water network. All residents of the 167th district, they had devised a method to bypass traditional meters and take water directly from the main network.
An 18-year-old was reported to the prefecture for drug use. Numerous fines were issued for violations of the highway code, with the seizure of 5 vehicles and a total sum of 7200 euros in fines notified.
