2024 will bring new and valuable resources to the Cardarelli Emergency RoomYesterday, thirteen Job Offers (PEC) were sent to as many doctors who passed the selection tests for permanent employment in the Emergency Room - Short-Term Intensive Care Unit at Cardarelli Hospital.

The resolution formalizing these hires was signed in recent days by the management of the Neapolitan hospital, acknowledging the rapid outcome of the selection committee's work. The competition, initially open to six Emergency doctors, was announced on November 11th. To expedite the process, all the tests were held on a single day, December 19th.

After the competition, all candidates were deemed suitable for hiring, and the company chose to extend employment offers not only to the six competition winners, but also to all other candidates deemed suitable. Antonio d'Amore, general director of Aorn Cardarelli of Napoli, commented: "This competition, aimed at doctors at the Cardarelli Emergency Department, saw greater participation than previous ones, and we are optimistic that we will be able to hire almost all of the candidates who applied."

D'Amore noted that in a similar competition held last March, only four doctors participated. The widespread participation of new young doctors in the Emergency Department is seen as a positive sign that the organizational and structural changes made to the Emergency Department and the hospital are becoming a visible reality.

The final ranking of the competition includes one doctor already specialized and twelve doctors specializing. All the new doctors will begin working at the Emergency Department of Cardarelli in January.
