The soldiers of the Carabinieri station Flumeri, in the province of Avellino, they executed an order for the application of the precautionary measure of no approach.
This order was issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Benevento, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, against a 39enne resident in the municipality of Flumeri.
The man is seriously suspected of abuse in the family, crimes aggravated by the presence of minor children.

The investigation began following a complaint filed by the wife, who reported mistreatment she had suffered for years at the hands of her husband. This behavior included habitual harassment, insults, threats and physical assaults, often also carried out in presence of the youngest daughter of the couple.
The assaults on the woman were also confirmed by family and friends
The victim's accounts were confirmed by her mother, father, sister, brother-in-law, cousin, co-workers, and a friend, in whom the victim had confided, showing clear signs of the beatings she had suffered.
