Lto the Highway Police of the Subsection of Avellino Ovest discovered spare parts, resulting from car thefts, inside an abandoned van on the Benevento-Naples section of the A16 Naples-Canosa.
The vehicle, left on the emergency lane with the keys in the ignition and a flat tire, also contained an electronic control unit from a car stolen in the province of Milan.
The van, owned by a company based in Cerignola, in the province of Foggia, was seized along with the goods. Investigations to identify the receivers are ongoing.
