Domestic abuse against his cohabiting partner, a 44-year-old woman originally from Poland, with the aggravating circumstance of having committed the acts in the presence of her minor daughter, are the charges against a man who has been ordered to leave the home immediately or not to return without authorization.
The order, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Benevento at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, it was carried out by the Carabinieri, at the end of the investigations that had been started following the report made to the military by the teaching staff of a school in the Telesina Valley, regarding the story of a student who had reported witnessing episodes of mistreatment and domestic violence carried out by her father against her mother.
