The Carabinieri of the investigative unit of Castello di Cisterna discovered and closed a drug market in the historic center of Caivano. The operation, called "Cairoli", took place in via Cairoli, a small condominium courtyard located a few steps from via Garibaldi.

I police of the investigative unit of Castello di Cisterna monitored the area for many hours, they knew that drug sales had slowed down but not stopped.
Thanks to the electronic eye of a drone they flew over the city, mapping every possible refuge for drug dealers and buyers. They found it right in the little street near Via Garibaldi.

What was striking was the organization of the “square”.
Different premises used, the narcotic sold through the slit of the green door described just a few words ago. The customer asks for quantity and variety, pays the price by inserting the banknote into the slit and receives the goods. Then off to the next in line. All in a few seconds, there is no time for pleasantries.
To escape, the pushers use a window on the street level

The Carabinieri found 4 people in various places, all of whom will be reported for drug dealing and receiving stolen goods.
Seized 200 grams of hashish, 100 bullets cal. 38 special, 34 thousand euros in cash and a sophisticated video surveillance system. Much of the material found was hidden on the roof identified through the drone lenses.
The premises were also seized. Checks of this type will continue in the coming days.
