Even submarines to transport drugs from Panama to Europe. Large loads arriving in various countries, such asOlandto the Spain and then, cleverly hidden, by land to the Naples area, where the movements between the various warehouses took place with aambulance.
This also emerges from the investigation by the Carabinieri and the DDA of Napoli which today allowed two different criminal groups to be defeated with 29 precautionary measures. The two gangs bought hashish and cocaine from international drug traffickers Raphael Imperial e Bruno Carbone, now collaborators of justice.
The drugs, transported in vehicles equipped with sophisticated concealment systems, flooded the drug dealing hubs of Naples and the surrounding province. Not only that, but during the investigation that, in the meantime, led to Carbone's capture, it also emerged that the suspects possessed firearms and even high-tech encrypted communication systems, the same ones used by Imperiale.
The use of submarines emerges from a wiretap captured in Bari: an Albanian in contact with the Neapolitans discusses with a fellow countryman the methods of transporting drugs and the risks they are exposed to: they maintain that containers offer greater security but only "underwater (safety) is 100%", though "it's only from Panama", they say. For the investigators it is a confirmation that the submarine is now joining the traditional means.

In Spain, moreover, at least one was seized, a submarine, full of cocaine. The first criminal group was led by the brothers Vincenzo and Salvatore Della Monica and by Michele Nacca known as Joker who, as a sign of respect, had the initials of the narcos tattooed on his shoulder Imperial, Carbone and Mauriello, the latter also believed to be a member of the organization of the "Van Gogh boss", as Imperiale is nicknamed, who, recently, in Naples, told investigators that he wanted to sell an artificial island in Dubai that he owns.
The tattoo also helped identify Nacca. As for the ambulance, investigators claim it was used to move hashish and cocaine to warehouses in the area. They used it in seven locations: in addition to the Marano di Vincent Of The Monica ditto "gabibbo", there were garages in Marano and Quarto and an industrial warehouse on the outskirts of Giugliano.

This organization also maintained supply channels with Calabria and, thanks to its ties with the 'Ndrangheta, supplied the drug dealing centers of Rosarno and Foggia.
The monitoring of drug trafficker Bruno Carbone, arrested in Syria and, at the time of the events, resident in Dubai from where he kept in touch with his associates with the EncroChat crypto-phones and with the Sky-Ecc system.

Regarding the Della Monica-Nacca group, the broker Bruno Carbone, who later became a collaborator of justice, said in a report in February 2023 before the magistrates of the Naples DDA: "From April 2020 until my arrest in Syria in March 2022, I continued to supply cocaine to Della Monica Vincenzo, known as Colazione or Just (nickname of Sky Ecc) but I remember that he was also called Gabibbo, and to Nacca Michele, known as Joker.
...As far as I know, the relationship between Della Monica and Nacca was one of direct collaboration; they were, in fact, partners. I supplied cocaine to Della Monica Vincenzo and Nacca Michele's group on a biweekly basis: on each supply, they procured 15-20 kilos. The brands of cocaine they bought from us were "adidas", "111", "Barcelona FC", and others.
We also sold the following brands of cocaine: "Appie': "MK': ''FLO' (which I had specially prepared as a diminutive of FLOKY, Mauriello Raffaele's nickname), "IGNITE" with the symbol of a bull's head, ''DXB': ''ALEMAN': ''555': "REY': "oo" and ''48'.
I remember that the "777" brand of cocaine was not of particularly high quality, so much so that in April 2020 I asked Della Monica Vincenzo to get rid of some stocks of said narcotic even at a price lower than the market price (which at that time was equal to 30.000/32.000 euros per kilo).

I also know Della Monica Vincenzo's brother, Della Monica Salvatore, whom we called "Money Man"—a nickname he gave to his skill at laundering and handling cash. Since Della Monica and Nacca were longtime regulars, I knew I'd have to have stocks of cocaine ready every two weeks.
I therefore turned to Urhni Daniele, responsible for the "logistics" of our final depots located in Varcaturo, Licola, Lago Patria and Quarto, to whom I had prepared quantities (later specified by Della Monica Vincenzo directly to me, via encrypted telephone messages), which people from Della Monica and Nacca's group then went to collect with cars equipped with the so-called "system".

...I personally engaged 3-4 trucking companies, with offices in Northern Europe. The companies provided specific drivers and trucks to transport cocaine from the Netherlands. During my peak years, I managed to move 150-200 kilos of cocaine each week using this system.
The trucks stopped in Northern Italy and were then hooked up to our "system" vehicles, which departed from Naples. I know that Della Monica and Nacca had some guys who helped them with their narcotics procurement and distribution activities, but I don't recall knowing them directly..."
